PLEASE NOTE : Regular Group Fitness Classes will now be running on sessions, with set start and end dates, and a minimum number of registrations will be required   for each class in order for that class to run.

 

Drop-ins will be allowed dependent on availability of space in each class.

 

 

If the schedule is inconvenient, please contact,  specify the class /location / preferred  day & time options

and your request will be taken into consideration.

 

 

PREREGISTRATION IS REQUIRED FOR ALL THE CLASSES.
